SAP Project Recovery and Second Opinion

When an SAP programme is late, over budget or blocked before go-live, an independent second opinion finds the real causes quickly and gives you a practical recovery plan. We review scope, design, data, testing and governance, then work alongside your team and your implementation partner to get the programme back on track.

Clearing go-live blockers for an education group on S/4HANA Public Cloud

Education group running 100+ schools · India

S/4HANA Cloud, public editionAdvisory

The need

The group was preparing to go live on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition. Several requirements raised with its implementation partner could not be met and had become go-live blockers.

What we did

  • Assessed the feasibility of each blocking requirement in the public-cloud model
  • Ran an on-site workshop with the client's senior team and its implementation partner
  • Recommended workarounds for each gap and guided the partner through implementing them

The result

The recommendations were implemented and the group went live successfully. We were then brought in to support its S/4HANA finance requirements, and now run the full AMS.

Questions

SAP Project Recovery and Second Opinion, answered.

Can you work alongside our existing implementation partner?
Yes. Most recoveries work best that way: we provide independent expertise and guidance while your partner continues delivery.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within days. A focused review can produce a first set of findings in one to two weeks.
Do you take over the project?
Only if you want us to. Our default is to unblock the programme and strengthen your team, not to replace it.
