SAP Health Check and System Audit

An SAP health check is a structured review of your SAP system that finds what is slowing it down, putting it at risk or blocking your next upgrade. We review custom code, performance, security roles, licence usage and S/4HANA and AI readiness, then give you a prioritised list of fixes with effort estimates.

The need

Each client needed SAP to stay stable and keep improving, on a different platform: SAP ECC, S/4HANA on-premise, SAP Cloud ERP, Private and SAP Cloud ERP (public cloud).

What we did

  • Food and beverage, North India (S/4HANA on-premise): issue resolution, root-cause analysis and new reporting, plus an S/4HANA rollout to Indonesia
  • Education group, 100+ schools (SAP Cloud ERP, public cloud): started with finance support, built extensions to simplify operations, now full L2/L3 AMS from offshore
  • Specialty chemicals, Mumbai (SAP Cloud ERP, Private): system maintenance, RICEF developments, process changes and UI extensions
  • Chemicals, Mumbai (SAP ECC): proactive monitoring with EarlyWatch, patching, statutory changes and audit support to prevent outages
  • Automotive, Pune (SAP ECC): a quarterly, ROI-driven roadmap of enhancements using unused standard functionality and ABAP development

The result

Stable systems, fewer repeat issues and a steady flow of improvements, on whichever SAP platform each client runs, and a ready path to the next step.

No. We work from read-only analysis, standard SAP tools and system extracts.
How long does it take?
Typically two to four weeks, depending on the number of systems and areas in scope.
Will you fix the findings?
If you want us to. Many findings move straight into an AMS backlog or an upgrade project.
